Our family of seven, including a toddler, had an incredible stay at this charming B&B. With its three spacious bedrooms, we had ample room to unwind and enjoy the cozy dining/living area without worrying about disturbing other guests. The beautiful surroundings and lovely decor made us feel like we were in a fairytale. The owners were attentive and the breakfast, served with elegance, made every morning feel special. This place truly exceeded our expectations and is an accommodation we wish we could take with us wherever we go!

For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for children.

We got great value for our money at this charming B&B. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a cute little terrace. The location was perfect, surrounded by farmlands and with easy access to the highway. The staff, especially Veronique, was incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast option could have been more extensive, maybe with a buffet-style setup.

The service and housekeeping were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance provided made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating for cozy evenings and tea and coffee facilities for added comfort. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could unwind and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all of my needs were met.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were nice and there was a good variety available. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the room had a nice view.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. We found some stains on the bedding and the bathroom was not very clean.

The decoration at B&B Het Soetewater was absolutely charming, with a touch of vintage elegance. The cozy lounges and common areas were beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, such as comfortable seating and easy accessibility throughout the hotel. It truly felt like a cozy retreat for a rejuvenating vacation.

I would have loved to see more activities and programs specifically tailored for seniors during our stay. The children working there were lovely, but it would have been wonderful to have some activities catered to the interests and needs of older guests.

Cozy atmosphere and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and different options every day. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location, making it the best place for a relaxing holiday. the large windows provided stunning views of the surrounding nature and gave the room a bright ambiance.

We were slightly put off by the noise level coming from the upstairs neighbors. The walls were thin, making it sometimes challenging to fall asleep as we could hear every footstep.

Excellent breakfast with homemade items and crepes. Special efforts made for early breakfast. Cosy dining/living area for privacy. Clean and cozy rooms with large, well-heated bathrooms. Beautiful and peaceful location between Gent and Brugge. Peaceful and romantic atmosphere with candles and lounge music. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Impressive, relaxing atmosphere at breakfast with aristocratic serving and fantastic coffee

    Nothing, all excellent.

We had a fantastic time at this B&B location situated near a quiet canal that leads right down to Bruges. the area itself is peaceful and beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious and had great heating, perfect for colder days. We were served an excellent breakfast every morning with a variety of fresh products.

The walls in the room were quite thin, making it a bit noisy when neighbors were walking above.
